Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited, including downloading, copying, sharing or reproducing images for any personal or commercial purpose without prior written authorization. Violations will be subject to legal action under French intellectual property law (Code de la Propriété Intellectuelle).

All content on this website — brand name, texts, logos and designed images — is the exclusive property of Brazilian SEAcret or its brand partners and is protected under French and international intellectual property law.

3. PROHIBITED USE You may not reproduce, copy, scrape or commercially exploit any content from this website without prior written authorization from Brazilian SEAcret.

4. PRODUCT USE & LIABILITY Brazilian SEAcret acts exclusively as a retailer and distributor of products manufactured by independent Brazilian brands. While we carefully select our partner brands for their quality and craftsmanship, Brazilian SEAcret cannot be held liable for :

  • Any injury, damage or adverse reaction resulting from improper use of products
  • Failure to follow care and maintenance instructions provided with the product
  • Individual allergic or skin reactions to materials, fabrics or components inherent to the nature of the product, including but not limited to elastane or nylon, where no known sensitivity was communicated to Brazilian SEAcret prior to purchase.
  • Any damage resulting from use of products outside their intended purpose

In the event of a manufacturing defect or non-conformity present at the time of delivery, French legal warranties apply in full. Normal wear, improper use or failure to follow care instructions are not covered under this warranty. 5. LIABILITY Brazilian SEAcret cannot be held liable for typographical errors, temporary unavailability of the website, or color variations between product images and actual items due to screen display differences.
