What is our return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it from our store: new condition with tags and liners intact and in original packaging for store credit or refund. Return shipping is at customer expense. Sale items include items purchased with a discount of 20% or more and are not eligible for return. For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear - we do not accept exchanges that are worn or are soiled/stained. 


Is my order exchangeable?

No, our products are offered in limited editions, which means that few pieces are available for each product model and size. If you wish, you can return your item(s) as described in the return policy section and you can make a new order for available items from our store.

In order to ensure you will get the item you want, simply return the item that doesn't fit you, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


How can I return my items?

To initiate a return, simply log into your customer account, select the relevant order and submit your return request within 14 days of receiving your order. Your request will be reviewed and a prepaid shipping label will be sent to you within 1 to 3 business days.

What to do if you experience issues with your items?

We are confident you’ll love your pieces, however, in case there is any issue related to quality or wrong item we will resolve it as quick as possible. Please, contact our Customer Care service via contact form. Items suspected of being faulty must be returned via our normal returns process, for inspection by our quality control team.


Exceptions / non-refundable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items (20% off or more).


What happens if your return is rejected by our team?

Any item received that is not in its original condition and that is not in its original packaging, with liner and tags intact and attached or are soiled/stained will be immediately shipped back to you. We are unable to issue refund or store credits on these items for sanitary reasons. Shipping costs will be covered by deducting from store credit/refund.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us via contact form.
