Which shipping options do you offer?
Available shipping options are shown at checkout.
When will my order ship and how long will it take to arrive?
Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link to follow your delivery.
Delivery times depend on the shipping option selected at checkout.
Please note that transit times are calculated from the dispatch date (France) and that weekends are not considered business days.
Duties and taxes:
EU ONLY: Parcels are shipped from within the EU (France), meaning no customs duties are incurred.
International/Non-EU (includes the UK): We don’t ship outside of EU yet.
If a parcel is rejected on arrival what will the process be?
In the event the parcel is not claimed or is rejected/refused by the receiver for any reason - the carrier will return this parcel to us. Consequently there will be a €10 fee deducted from your store credit to cover return shipping due to your refusal. In addition, any parcel returned to sender due to incorrect address will incur a fee (€10 EU).
Can I change my order or address?
Please, contact us quickly if you have a request. This may not be possible to change (in case your order is already dispatched).
My parcel is lost or taking longer than the estimated delivery time, what should I do?
Delays might occur - these are outside of our control and responsibility. Please reach out to the shipping carrier initially with your tracking number before reaching out to our team.
