1. SELLER IDENTITY Brazilian SEAcret is a business registered in France under SIRET 10284845400017. For full legal details please refer to our Legal Notice.

2. PRODUCTS Brazilian SEAcret is a multi-brand online boutique curating premium swimwear and resortwear collections exclusively designed and manufactured in Brazil by carefully selected partner brands. All products are offered in limited editions.

Prices are displayed in Euros (€) inclusive of all applicable taxes. As Brazilian SEAcret operates under the VAT exemption regime, prices are not subject to VAT (TVA non applicable — article 293B du CGI).

Brazilian SEAcret reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products are sold subject to available stock.

3. ORDERS Orders are placed exclusively through the Brazilian SEAcret website. By completing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Sale in full.

Upon placing an order you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of your order by Brazilian SEAcret. Brazilian SEAcret reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of stock unavailability, payment failure or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. PAYMENT The following payment methods are accepted :

  • Credit and debit cards available on checkout page
  • Any other payment method displayed at checkout

Payment is processed securely at the time of order. Brazilian SEAcret does not store any payment card information. All transactions are encrypted and processed through Shopify's secure payment system.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

5.1 — Shipping destinations Brazilian SEAcret ships to France and internationally. Shipping costs and available destinations are displayed at checkout.

5.2 — Delivery times Estimated delivery times are indicated at checkout and may vary depending on destination and carrier. These are estimates only and do not constitute a contractual commitment.

5.3 — Customs & import duties At this time, Brazilian SEAcret ships exclusively to France and within the European Union. Deliveries outside the European Union are not available at present. Brazilian SEAcret reserves the right to extend its shipping destinations in the future.

5.4 — Lost or damaged parcels In the event of a lost or damaged parcel, please contact us immediately via our contact form. Brazilian SEAcret will work with the carrier to find the best resolution.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL In accordance with French consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To initiate a return, simply log into your customer account, select the relevant order and submit your return request within 14 days of receiving your order. Your request will be reviewed and a return shipping label will be sent to you within 1 to 3 business days.

Conditions for return :

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition
  • All tags and hygiene stickers must be intact and attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or non-conforming.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.

Please note : items returned without hygiene stickers or showing signs of wear will not be eligible for a refund for hygiene reasons.

7. WARRANTIES In the event of a manufacturing defect or non-conformity present at the time of delivery, French legal warranties apply in full. Normal wear, improper use or failure to follow care instructions are not covered. 8. PERSONAL DATA Personal data collected during the order process is used solely for order processing and customer communication. For full details please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. APPLICABLE LAW These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of an unresolved dispute, French courts have exclusive jurisdiction. EU online dispute resolution : ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
